Pioneers Fall to Malcolm X

CHICAGO HEIGHTS - Prairie State fell behind early and never recovered against Malcolm X. 

The Pioneers couldn't muster enough offense in an 85-48 loss on Saturday.

Prairie State (3-9) was down 10 after a quarter and 24 heading into the locker room. 

Riley Gaynor led the way with 18 points. Jailyn Lumpkin reached double digits with 11 points. Kierra Reeves led the Pioneers with eight rebounds while Lumpkin added seve. 

Prairie State will host Kishwaukee on Tuesday.
