Box Score SUGAR GROVE, IL - Prairie State did all it could to extend its winning streak but the Pioneers couldn't push the equalizer across in a 1-0 loss at Triton on Thursday. 

The Pioneers surrendered an excellent goal on a header late in the first half which ended up being the game winner. The shot was the only one on goal for the Trojans. 

The No. 2 Pioneers had a slew of chances especially late in the second half but could not push a goal across. 

Prairie State will look to start a new winning streak as it hosts Malcolm X at 1 P.M. on Saturday.
