Box Score WAUWATOSA, WI - Prairie State has been playing good soccer as of late. 

The Pioneers defeated Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference foe Waubonsee on Wednesday and cruised to a 7-1 victory over Bryant and Stratton on Saturday. 

Prairie State (6-3-1) only managed two goals in the first half, one by Alexis Cantero in the 30th minute and Adrian Duda scored the second in the 35th minute. However, Prairie State opened the flood gates in the second half. Sebastian Ascencio scored five minutes into the second half and Michael Fulop added one eight minutes later.

Alejandro Lopez had the next two goals in the 63rd and 65th minute. Andres Osorio scored in the 87th minute to put a bow on the victory. Cantero had three assists for Prairie State. Jose Salgado had five saves for the Pioneers.

The Pioneers will play Tuesday at home against Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference foe Oakton.
