Box Score CRYSTAL LAKE, IL - Prairie State played hard but couldn't come out with a win against Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference foe College of Lake County on Wednesday.

Lais Martins got the Pioneers on the board in the eighth minute but the team couldn't find the back of the net again in a 3-1 loss to the Lancers. 

Constanza Di Bella had 15 saves for the Pioneers. 

Prairie State will play Triton College on Saturday.
