Box Score CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL - Prairie State was shorthanded against rival Waubonsee.

Fortunately for the Pioneers, it didn't matter much as the squad cruised to its ninth consecutive win, a 1-0 victory over the Chiefs.

The No. 2 Pioneers missed many opportunities to produce a blowout win but finally broke through in the 66th minute. 

 Angel Arismendiz hit a beautiful cross to Davi Santos who put the ball in the back of the net. 

Prairie State's outstanding defense was able to make up for all missed opportunities. The defense didn't allow much as goalkeeper Torben Busack went mostly unchallenged in the match finishing with five saves.
