Box Score JOLIET - Prairie State struggled in a 89-59 loss to Joliet Junior College on Thursday. 

The Pioneers were led by Riley Gaynor, who finished with 14 points. Bria Cole had 13 while Jailyn Lumpkin rounded out the double-digit scorers with 10 points. Gia Wright led the Pioneers with seven rebounds. 

Prairie State trailed by 16 at the half.

The Pioneers (1-1) will play next Thursday against South Suburban.
